Judah became a separate country when it rebelled. Then Northern Tribes if I remember the details correctly.
One of the prophecies for the MK is the Staff of Israel and the Staff of Judah will be rejoined into one. Another says the Houses of Israel and Judah will be reunited. So this all ties together prophetically for the Second Coming.
As a kicker the Two Lampstands of the 70th Week of Daniel and on represent the two Houses as the 7 lampstands of the Church Age represent the 7 churches. Looking back to when Israel was one there was but one Lampstand.
On the adultry Israel is the Wife of God, here meaning the Father. He has divorced Israel but, as it says, will take her back as Wife to begin the 70th Week of Daniel, at the Rapture/First Seal.
Israel is the Wife of the Father and the Church is the Bride of Christ. 24 Elders of Israel before the Father and Church with Christ before the Throne.

Israel is called Zion and Jerusalem is built on Mount Zion. The MK Temple will be there. The nations will journey to and from Jerusalem in the MK.
